Adventure Quest is a Text-Adventure created by Pete, Mike and Nick Austin.[2][3] It is the second part of The Middle-Earth Trilogy.[2]
After its initial release, all names from Tolkien's work were changed, though once the name Amon Sûl in Mount Lehw was accidentally not changed[4]. It was then published together with Colossal Adventure and Dungeon Adventure as Jewels of Darkness by Firebird and Rainbird Software.[3][4]
