Amrothos was the third son of Imrahil of Dol Amroth.
History
He was born in T.A. 2994. He had one younger sister, Lothíriel and two older brothers; Elphir and Erchirion.[1]
Etymology
Amrothos seems to be a Sindarin name. Its meaning is not glossed, but it could mean "Terror of Amroth" and be a compound of the name Amroth and gos ("dread", "terror").[2]
