New Lodge, Stonyhurst is the title of a drawing by J.R.R. Tolkien, depicting a garden and guest house on the grounds of Stonyhurst College, a Catholic boarding school in Stonyhurst, Lancashire. It was drawn by Tolkien in August 1947.[1]
The drawing was reproduced as figure 28 in J.R.R. Tolkien: Artist & Illustrator.[2]
