Sigewulf[1] was a Man of Rohan who fought in the Battle of the Hornburg.
Sigewulf is an original creation for The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers film.
History
Sigewulf was a brave Man of Rohan during the Third Age.
Anticipating an attack on the capital of Edoras, Théoden King fled with the Rohirrim to the fortress of the Hornburg in Helm's Deep. When Aragorn reported that Saruman the White had sent a force of over ten thousand Uruk-hai to assail the Hornburg, Théoden ordered every man and strong boy able to bear arms to prepare for battle. Sigewulf was equipped with armour and a sword. He raised his sword during the battle.
