Summary
Dora Baggins was always full of 'good advice', which she could not possibly ever keep to herself. It was (probably unkindly) said of her that she maintained the Shire postal systemin business all by herself, but there may be a grain of truth in this. To be fair, she was always generous with posties, especially around Yule.
