This image is on Price's DeviantArt pages ( https://www.deviantart.com/peet/art/Emyn-Beraid-Tower-Hills-986719637 ) but it is not copyrighted by Price, as he himself states:
The second of 12 illustrations commissioned for David Day's recently released 'The Illustrated World of Tolkien: The Second Age' (2023). All works completed in the summer of 2022.

On the file page there is no mention that Octopus Publishing would have given Tolkien Gateway permission to use this (and maybe other illustrations by Price for Day's book?) image. At least the licencing information ("This work is copyrighted and owned by Peter Xavier Price") is incorrect.
