Melissa Benson is an American artist known for her work on Magic: The Gathering. In the 1990s, she was commissioned by Iron Crown Enterprises to create card art for the Middle-earth Collectible Card Game.
Benson works in mixed media, using watercolour dyes and colored pencils. She signs her illustrations with a styled “M” logotype.[1]
