Air New Zealand is the national airline and flag carrier of New Zealand based in Auckland.
It has promoted the films by Sir Peter Jackson, such as the "Hobbit Jet", and also, with cooperation with Jackson and Weta Workshop, released several cross-promotion Middle-earth inspired videos.
The videos feature Tolkien characters such as Gandalf and Gwaihir, Orcs, Hobbits and Elves or the One Ring. Jackson, Dean O'Gorman, Sylvester McCoy and Elijah Wood make cameos.
