Lord of the Rings: Friends & Foes is the first expansion to the Lord of the Rings board game.
It introduced two new locations, Bree and Isengard, and a new deck of foe cards, such as Barrow-wights and Wargs.[1][2]
A small package of three new cards expanding Friends & Foes, titled The Black Gate, was given away at conventions. Two of them were later included in the Sauron expansion, while one remains exclusive.[3]
