Matt Blessing

Matthew T. Blessing (September 1962) is the former Head of the Department of Special Collections and University Archives at Marquette University. He was responsible for the Tolkien Collection at the university, which contains the largest and rarest Tolkien items in the world, from 1999 to 2012. Since 2012, he has been the State Archivist and Division Administrator at the Wisconsin Historical Society.
