History
Peony was a daughter of Posco Baggins and Gilly Brownlock, the younger sister of Ponto and Porto. She married Milo Burrows and they had several children: Mosco, Moro, Myrtle and Minto. With her family she attended Bilbo's Farewell Party.[1]
Etymology
Peony is a genus of the buttercup family of perennial plants with flowers.
