Sotheby's English Literature and English History 6–7 December 1984 is an auction catalogue from Sotheby's (London). The catalogue reproduces several writings by J.R.R. Tolkien: Concerning ... 'The Hoard' and Kinship of the Half-elven (Lot 276) and several extracts from letters to Eileen Elgar (among them, Letter to Eileen Elgar (5 March 1964) and Letter to Eileen Elgar (24 December 1971)).[1][2]
