Stanislava Pošustová ( married name Menšíková) (b. 4 January 1948, Prague) is a Czech translator and librarian. She translates from English, mainly books in the genres of fantasy, fiction and non-fiction. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts of Charles University, where she received a doctorate in philosophy.
She is the main translator of J. R. R. Tolkien's books into Czech. Her best known translation is Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy and the books that followed. The translation was originally made for her personal use in 1979-1980. It was not officially published until 1990-1992.
