Sage, can you please tell me where it is said Tolkien completed a version of the tale of Beren and Lúthien in 1951? I don't recall this tale was developed in these years. Thanks! --Quentandil 08:37, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
- Actually it's not a tale, but a revision of the Silmarillion (I think draft C), up to the chapter of Beren and Luthien. Cf. Lost Road, p. 294. Sage 19:41, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
