The Dethronement of Power

"The Dethronement of Power" is the title of the literary review of The Two Towers and The Return of the King. It was written by C.S. Lewis and originally published in Time and Tide on 22 October 1955 (p. 1373). It has since been reprinted in Tolkien and the Critics.
