The Professor's Bookshelf is a collection of publications by the Leaves of Gold Press company. Their aim is to publish classic literary titles known to be enjoyed by J.R.R. Tolkien, by authors who were the forefathers of modern fantasy fiction, and inspired Tolkien's works. There is the aim to include original illustrations by Tolkien's contemporary artists whom he admired.
Fantasy author Cecilia Dart-Thornton signs the introduction of each book.
