About Lorienian
I have been a fan of Tolkien's works since I read The Fellowship of the Ring in 2008. Since then, I have re-read the Lord of the Rings trilogy many times, I've listened to the Rob Inglis-narrated audiobooks on hourlong drives to and from work, and I've been read to aloud from many of his books.
About names
I've been using the name "Lorienian" since way back when... It was my Quizlet username in 7th grade, so that tells you something.
Other places I roam
I'm a member of a few other Tolkien websites, and another pseudonym I've recently adopted is “Yúlaldië”, which comes from the Quenyan root yúla = ember, smouldering wood {yul}, and 'alda = tree {ala}, making it the most basic translation of 'Ashley' that I could find. "Galalith" might be a Sindarin form of that name. I'm completely open to suggestions of a better way to combine galadh and lith or lithui to sound like a feminine name.

I also love the use of infoboxes on this site. I created my own, because I just love expressing opinions (or, well, expressing myself...through creativity...)
