Dragon Magazine was an official magazine for the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game. It launched in 1976 and ran until 2013. Throughout its run, it was published by TSR, Wizards of the Coast, and Paizo under various forms. Despite its primary focus, Dragon Magazine also served as a broader fantasy periodical, reviewing other role-playing games, fantasy literature, and various related properties. Notably, Middle-earth Role Playing often utilized the magazine's back cover for its advertisements.[1]
