Artist for Middle-earth Role Playing and Collectible Card Game
Person
Gail B. McIntosh
Biographical Information
OccupationArtist

Gail McIntosh was an absolute pleasure to work with. Once we had decided to put a bigger effort into our product covers—and therefore hopefully sell more products—Gail was an obvious choice; her studio was literally only blocks away from our first office, and she had already made a name for herself in the Charlottesville area.

Gail McIntosh is an American artist primarily known for her Middle-earth Role Playing cover art, though she also created art for the Middle-earth Collectible Card Game.[1]

Career

After studying at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and at the Italian Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze, she was an apprentice to sculptor Antonio Berti. When she returned to the United State, she eventually ended up working for Iron Crown Enterprises.[1]
