Jonathan Harding (born May 2, 1978 in Timaru[1][2]) is a New Zealander who was a Production Assistant for The Lord of the Rings film trilogy,[2] Production Runner for The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, Key Production Runner for The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King,[note 1] Second Assistant Accountant for The Hobbit film trilogy and Construction Accountant for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
Harding had acting roles in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, playing Erestor and Dínendal in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring[3][4] and an Elven Archer at Helm's Deep in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.[5]
Harding lives in Wellington[4] as of April 8, 2004.[2] He considers music to be his true passion and played in a a jazz/funk trio, as well as a band which played at the Wrap Party for The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.[2]
